Home Cooking by Diana

So my days of cooking Italian have dwindled since our move. Imported ingredients are super expensive. Instead, I've been cooking a lot more Chinese since the ingredients are convenient to obtain and very fresh. I took advantage of my mother-in-law's visit to embrace local spices and learn some new northern style dishes. No worries, Cantonese food is still my favorite!
